Not every room can wait for a capital project. Our mobile program brings a complete immersive experience to a ward, a family room, or a single event day: installed in hours, run by our team or yours, and removed without a trace. It is also the smartest pilot for a permanent room.

What changes
Mobile programs are how most facility relationships start: one ward, one afternoon, and the reaction tells everyone in the room what a permanent installation would do. When you are ready, everything learned in the pilot carries into the permanent design.
How it works
- Assessment. A free walk of your space with your program lead. We listen first.
- Design with your team. Scenes and fixtures specified with your clinicians and staff, to your protocols.
- Quiet installation. Non-destructive, scheduled around operations, calibrated at night in the real room.
- Training and tuning. Every shift learns the controls, and we return to tune once the room is lived in.
Common questions
How much notice do you need?
Standard scheduling is two weeks. For event days tied to a date, earlier is better, and we hold the date the moment a retainer is placed.
What does the facility need to provide?
Standard wall power and access to the room. Everything else arrives with us.
Does a pilot commit us to anything?
No. Pilots stand alone. If a permanent room follows, the pilot design work carries forward at no extra cost.
